Paul Harper

The Group Training Officer is Paul Harper who has been working in this role since June 2016, following 25 years’ service as a Senior Training Advisor at CITB. He has a wealth of specialist roof and construction training knowledge and works closely with the member companies of the Group to ensure all of their training requirements are met.

The Midland Roof Training Group (MRTG) has over 50 member companies from both the East and West Midland counties. They are all specialist roofing contractors who are committed to having a fully trained and qualified workforce, and use MRTG to assist them in achieving this aim.
